Returns & Refund Policy
At Grizzley Wear, we stand behind every garment we produce. Our gear is built to the highest standards, but if something isn't right, we’re here to fix it with a straightforward and fair process.
1. Returns & Exchanges

Request Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Under the ECT Act, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags for any reason. Please note that while we will refund the full purchase price, the cost of return shipping is for the customer's account unless the item is found to be defective.

Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all requests.
2. The Process
To start a return, contact us at info@grizzleywear.co.za.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Because we operate as an online-only studio, we handle all logistics through our trusted partners:

Shipping Labels: If your return is accepted, we will generate a shipping label and send it to you via email.

Courier Partners: We exclusively use The Courier Guy (Standard Door-to-Door) and PUDO Locker options.

Instructions: We will provide specific instructions on how and where to drop off your package or when to expect a courier collection.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong gear, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new size or style is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks can take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at info@grizzleywear.co.za.
