Shipping policy

We have partnered with The Courier Guy and PUDO to ensure your gear arrives safely, whether it is to your front door or a secure locker.

Processing Times

All Stock Items

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day (usually Monday, unless it is a public holiday).
  • No dispatches are made on public holidays.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

All Pre-Order Items

  • Up to 15 business days, from receipt of payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day (usually Monday, unless it is a public holiday).
  • No dispatches are made on public holidays.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

    Delivery Fees

    • PUDO Locker to Locker: R60
    • Standard Door to Door: R120

    Delivery is free for orders over R980 anywhere within South Africa. For orders under R980, delivery is a flat rate of R120.

    Delivery Options (Once dispatched)

    • PUDO Locker to Locker
      • Standard: 2 to 4 business days.
      • Remote Areas: Up to 5 business days.
    • Standard Door to Door: 
      • Nationwide: 3 to 5 business days.
      • Gauteng: Typically 2 to 3 business days.
      • Major Centres: 3 to 4 business days.
      • Remote Areas: Up to 5 business days.

    Remote & High-Risk Areas

    • Surcharges: Some locations (mines, farms, remote plots, and townships deemed "high-risk") may incur a surcharge from our couriers.
    • Pro-Tip: To avoid these surcharges, we highly recommend choosing the PUDO Locker option (R60), as Locker to Locker rates generally do not change regardless of how remote the location is!

    How PUDO Locker Delivery Works

    If you choose the PUDO option at checkout:

    • We will ship your parcel to the PUDO Locker closest to your shipping address (unless specified otherwise in the order notes).
    • You will receive an SMS and Email from PUDO with a unique collection code once it arrives.
    • Important: You have 36 hours to collect your parcel from the locker. If not collected, it will be sent back to the depot, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

    Important notes

    • Estimates: Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier. While we aim for speed, Grizzley Wear is not responsible for external delays once dispatched.
    • Festive Season and Long Weekends: During November to January and any long weekend during the year, please allow extra time for delivery due to high courier volumes. Order early to ensure your gear arrives before the long weekends and holidays!
    • Direct Queries: For the fastest update, please contact The Courier Guy directly with your tracking number once the parcel has left our warehouse.

    International Shipping

    Currently, Grizzley Wear only ships within South Africa. We are working on expanding our territory to the rest of the world soon.

    Damaged or Lost Packages

    If your gear arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us at info@grizzleywear.co.za or via WhatsApp on 082 306 8270. We will handle the claim with the courier and ensure you get your replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy
