How do I place an order?

Browse our editions, select your size, and add to cart. Checkout is secure and straightforward - we accept all major payment methods. Once confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

How do I choose the right size?

Our Original Series Tee is a Standard Unisex Fit which features a premium Cotton-Lycra blend with a slight stretch which is comfortable, engineered for both men and women.

Ladies - For a Fitted Look: Size one down.

For a Classic Look: If you prefer a classic, comfortable fit, we recommend sticking to your normal size.

For Extra Room: If you're between sizes or prefer a looser, more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

How should I care for my Grizzley gear?

To keep your gear trail-ready, we recommend a cold machine wash (30°C) with similar colors. Do not tumble dry, and iron inside out to protect the prints.

How do I know if an item is in or out of stock?

Stock availability is shown on each product page. If a size is out of stock, it will be marked as "sold out". A "join the waitlist" button will pop up, by which it will take you to a simple form to fill in and you can then pre-order your desired item. You will be notified once the next batch is available.

What happens to my payment if an item is out of stock?

You can still purchase any item on Pre-Order. When you click pre-order, your payment is processed immediately to hold your stock. For these items please allow a lead time of 10-15 business days for production before your order will be handed over to the courier. In the rare event that we cannot fulfill an item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How long will I wait for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3-5 business days thereafter. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

For Pre-Orders, please allow a lead time of 10-15 business days for production before your order is handed over to the courier. Once shipped, standard delivery times (3-5 days) apply. We’ll keep you updated via email every step of the way. Remember, good things take time and we want to supply you with only the best quality garments!

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time through our courier partner's website.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Shopify's secure checkout with industry-standard encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers - everything is handled through trusted, PCI-compliant payment processors.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Under the ECT Act, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags for any reason. Please note that while we will refund the full purchase price, the cost of return shipping is for the customer's account unless the item is found to be defective.
